The vineyards are spread over 9 hectares (22 acres) on the gentle slope of the Pomerol plateau, next to Château Trotanoy and Château L'Église Clinet. Most of the vines are Merlot with Cabernet Franc accounting for around 10 percent.

Nature has endowed Pomerol an exceptional terroir that has helped it become a prestigious appellation (Petrus head), despite its small size. Pomerols combine the roundness and suppleness to real power, and can be drunk quite young.
