Dugat-Py in detail :
A true genius in winemaking, Bernard Dugat acquired his first plot in 1973 ... when he was only 15 years old. Little by little, the domain was formed by successive purchases of plots in the greatest vintages of the appellation, in particular in Charmes-Chambertin and Mazis-Chambertin, as well as in the village or regional appellations. The estate's wines are the very expression of the Gevrey terroir. Yields are thus limited, in order to maximize concentration, and classic and careful aging in barrels lasts between 14 and 18 months.
Pommard- La Levrière in detail :
This is the Burgundy appellation best known abroad, probably because of its ease of pronunciation ... Pinot Noir wines produced colored solid, tannic, fruity while having the mash, and care. This pommard, with great concentration, is at the level of many premier crus. A pinot noir that marvelously combines power and precision.
