Domaine Hubert Lamy was established in 1973, but the Lamy family history of vine growing in Saint-Aubin dates back to 1640. The domaine includes vineyard land from several appellations in the Côte de Beaune in Burgundy, France and is run by Méo-Camuzet-trained Olivier Lamy, Hubert's son.

The terroir combines these two influences. The communal appellation produces villages and first fatty and fleshy growths on the Meursault side, full-bodied and aromatic on the Chassagne side.
